This one-time self-defense class is designed to teach situational awareness and practical hands-on skills training needed to responsibly defend one's self. The course will be taught by Ramsey's Bill Stevens, owner of Bill Stevens Karate in Ramsey Interstate Plaza. Bill is certified in self-defense and has previously taught such courses at Ramapo College.

Proceeds go to Ramsey non-profit organizations, such as the Fire Department, Ramsey Responds, Library, Ambulance Corp and more!

  • High School/College Session - $20 per person (12pm - 1:10pm)

  • Adult Session - $25 per person (1:30pm - 2:40pm)

Workout attire suggested. Water will be provided.
